Evangelist Will Graham’s Celebration of Love in Thailand ended Sunday night with a message on the meaning of Christmas.

Most people in the majority Buddhist nation know little to nothing about the true meaning of Christmas.

In tourist areas like Phuket, the holiday spirit is especially noticeable with Christmas trees, decorations and music in hotels and restaurants.

But rather than a celebration of Christ’s birth, the festivities are simply another way to have fun.

That’s why Mr Graham took the time to explain the Christmas story.

He told the crowd, “God sent His Son into the world so He could save it – that’s what Christmas is all about.”

Thousands of people attended the three-day event in a soccer field, with hundreds making first–time decisions to follow Christ.
